Day 3 - Christmas Exercise Set 2
Just looked up at your tree and seen your kettlebell ornament? Sounds like the perfect reminder for another Christmas kettlebell workout! (If you don’t know what we’re talking about then check out our last piece on our awesome kettlebell christmas tree decorations!)
Enough about decoration, let’s start some perspiration!
On the 3rd day of Christmas, Kettlebell Kings gave to me:
- 300 Kettlebell Swings
- 200 Air Squats
- 100 Kettlebell Push Ups
Complete each exercise before going on to the next so get your 300 Kettlebell Swings done before you move on to the air squats. Don’t worry, we’re not expecting you to do all 300 in one go, we recommend you break as needed.

As these exercises involve lots of reps, they’re perfect for building some Christmas tone. You want to use lighter weights when doing this many reps. Make sure you have the perfect weight you need with our kettlebell set builder!
